Austin Brown - Co-founder and Director Of Engineering

Austin Brown is a highly accomplished RF engineer with extensive experience in radar emulator system development and RF product innovation. As a co-founder of StrikeWave Labs, Austin drives the design and development of custom RF solutions, including attenuators, switch filters, and signal generators, tailored to meet the unique needs of defense and commercial applications. Prior to founding StrikeWave Labs, Austin worked on advanced radar emulation projects, showcasing his ability to integrate cutting-edge technology into real-world applications. His deep technical expertise, coupled with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, has solidified his reputation as a leader in RF engineering and product development. Austin’s focus on innovation and precision ensures that StrikeWave Labs consistently delivers agile and high-performing solutions for mission-critical environments.

Geanna Gomillion - Co-founder, Director of Global Supply Chain and Business Development

Geanna Gomillion brings a wealth of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and strategic business development to her role as co-founder and Director of Global Supply Chain and Business Development at StrikeWave Labs. A U.S. Air Force veteran and graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Global Logistics Management, Geanna has a proven track record of managing complex logistical operations. During her military career, she supervised the recovery of sensitive aircraft wreckage, oversaw large-scale refueling missions for the Air Force’s largest fighter wing, and supported critical operations such as Operation Faithful Patriot. At StrikeWave Labs, Geanna is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, securing defense contracts, and ensuring efficient and results-driven operations. Her expertise in managing cross-functional teams and streamlining supply chain processes enables the company to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to its clients.

Christopher Hurtado - Co-founder and Director of Operations

Christopher Hurtado is a seasoned leader and engineer with a strong background in Air and Missile Defense, operations, and government contracting. As co-founder and Director of Operations at StrikeWave Labs, Christopher ensures the seamless execution of the company’s projects, from concept to delivery. A U.S. Army Officer, Christopher has demonstrated exceptional operational management skills, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and leading high-performing teams in both defense and commercial sectors. His expertise in air and missile defense as well as his strategic approach to operational planning have been instrumental in developing StrikeWave Labs’ reputation for agile and results-driven product lifecycle development.
